Mr *** *** came to our shop on or around 11-14-2014. His vehicle, a Chevy S-Blazer, had multiple unsafe problems including front brakes, left front wheel bearing and the right front lower ball joint. We replaced the left front wheel bearing and right front lower ball
joint with new parts (for which I have the receipts). We discovered the left front brake caliper was bad while performing the repair. We replaced the caliper for only the cost of the part, put did not charge for installation. On January 15, 2015, we replaced the front brake pads and rotor. All these parts were new with the exception of the brake caliper which was remanufactured. The “old” parts Mrs*** brought in from the other shop, in the middle of September were the right and left lower ball joints. Automotive Doctors replaced the right lower ball joint only in November 2014. The shop they took their vehicle to, over months later, replaced both lower ball joints even though the right was still good. Our customers always deserve fair and honest service. If the ***s had returned to us in September rather than going to another shop, we would have only replaced the left lower ball joint if needed

Our company has been in business at the same location for over 22 years and we have always worked with our customers when it comes to damaged or defective merchandise.  This,  however, does not cover breakables such as glassware or ceramics.  These items are assumed to be intact when...

purchased, and once the customer has left the store with them,  are non returnable or refundable due to  breakage.  On occasions there have been exceptions to this. ie (in the case of a unseen hairline crack etc.)  That being  said, in the interest of customer satisfaction,  we will be glad to exchange the damaged item for a new one or any other item of equal value the customer may want.  The damaged item will still need to be returned to the store.
