Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: An email, phone, or text communication should be sent out within 1-weeks of the actual date of the class to the customer as a reminder Especially since the classes must be booked 2-months in advance of the actual date along with the fact that this is one of many customer complaints concerning this issue Perhaps payments should not be required up front, then this business would be more inclined to offer better customer service It's a cooking class and in no way comparable to the theater, which belittles the actors and actresses that work months and years to prepare for a theater production Besides the fact that I don't have to book the theater months in advance and would have better luck selling the tickets if I couldn't attend the performance Sincerely, [redacted]
