Troy and the rest of the good folks at Kitchen Depot treated us like family from day It's much better dealing with a locally owned small business instead of bowing down to the corporate box store! The work was done as promised (and then some) in a timely, professional manner and the lines of communication were always open I highly recommend using Kitchen Depot! :o)

Kitchen Depot has done several remodel jobs for my group over the past few years and they do an outstanding jobThey supply a nice product and employ a talented group of installersThey are VERY reasonable for the quality of work and products they sellI highly recommend Troy and staff to do any interior project other than floorsThey dont do floors

I was very pleased with the kitchen remodeling done by Kitchen Depot This included the tear out and removal of the old cabinets and sink The installation of the new cabinets and counter tops went smoothly and on time and I love the results Troy and his staff were pleasant to work with

DO NOT USE KITCHEN DEPOT [redacted] talks a good game and does not deliver as promised He is quick to take your money and then refuses to take your phone calls or answer text messages A week project took months and we had to settle with him [redacted] acted as our general manager (we paid him 5% of the total jobs cost to do this) and then showed up less than once a month to check on things The business that installed our hardwood floors through Kitchen Depot refused to warranty them - said they were incorrectly installed (really) We had to hire an outside source to fix them and pay out of pocket for this additional expense He had a guy hot glue our electrical in place (fire hazard) He tried to install inferior products vice what we actually paid for Our custom kitchen backsplash he ended up getting from Home Depot (4xtiles) vice what we originally paid him for (6Xtiles) His contractors rarely showed up on time, if at all IT WAS A VERY BAD & STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE I cannot think of one good thing to say about this project UNRELIABLE - DO NOT USE KITCHEN DEPOT- IT IS A RIP OFF

I just bought a Kemper brand kitchen from Kitchen Depot and I am very satisfied with the quality of product and staff that installedThey redesigned the kitchen so the fridge was out of the wayWe are very happy with our new kitchenThe staff at the store was very helpful and the quality of the product we got was better than expectedHighly recomend kitchen depot

*** and staff turned our year old kitchen into an amazing room in a few weeksTook out part of a wall and raised our ceilingsPart of the Countertop cracked during installation and they had another counter top installed days laterDefinite thumbs up for these guys and I recommended them highly
They bid our job over a year ago and when we came in, *** honored price from a year prior!

Jodie was extremely helpful with our kitchen design and ideas besides coordinating the demo as well as installationHer suggestions for accents as well as appliance colors to improve our kitchen were greatly appreciated

Where to start looked in to a kitchen redo in May 2015, contracted Kitchen Depot, that was the first mistake, was promised installation of cabinets by end of June, I left my home for the month of July was promised that the job would be completed upon my return walked in to a home that was full of drywall dust and dirt furniture out of place cabinets were partially installed some over electrical outlets The appliances that I made sure were delivered before I left were still in the boxesNo sink, no stove connected, no microwave connected Disaster The island I ordered was installed and it was the wrong colorDisaster Supposed to have soft close doors and drawers the wrong hinges are on half the cabinets I am missing shelves in two cabinetsThe wrong back splash tile was delivered I said install it as I was so upset with the process at that point I just wanted my home and my life backMarble on island is damaged was promised some one would come and buff out the problem still waiting May through October This is not a huge kitchen it is in a sfoot town home When the plummer installed the sink and dishwasher it leaked all under the cabinetsNot my plummer one recommended by Kitchen Depot Every thing was a big joke to Kitchen Depot, it was never there fault it was back order cabinets and back order moldingI am single a lady and I truly wanted to make my home in Florida my home Well this whole experience has made this move a nightmare I contracted other people to correct mistakes Do Not use this company ever, that would be my recommendation

Im a general contractor and I've been buying cabinets from these guys for years and have nothing but good product and good pricesEveryone is nice and professional! When something isn't right, they always fix it I'm sure they're not perfect but I've bought right around kitchens from them and all my customers have been satisfied

STAY AWAY FROM KITCHEN DEPOT !!! They took deposit for my kitchen in August 2014. I complained to Revdex.com (USELESS) . They closed my case in February 2015 with no results (you can read my complaint) . Now it's August 2015, 1 year after I gave them deposit and my kitchen is still NOT FINISHED ! I also complained to Attorney General and Kitchen Depot owner claims "I don't have any intention to pay them remaining balance and that's why he will not finish my kitchen. He wants assurance I will pay him" If he expects me to give him more money before they will finish the job, he's dreaming. I'm tired of his lies and excuses and I'm going to hire somebody else and use money I owe to Kitchen Depot to get my kitchen done. THEY CAN NOT BE TRUSTED! Do yourself a favor and go to another kitchen store. Even if you will pay little more money, it will be worth it.
