Super professional , high quality of cabinets and craftsmanship . Grate service and detail oriented!
Hired a contractor to remodel bathrooms. He did not supervise his subs at all and my home is a wreck. Need to hire new company to finish.
Hired Kitchen Design Studio after seeing many positive reviews. Most of them I think now are fake. Contractor was rarely on sight. Maybe once a week at best. Different teams showed up to work. None of them had any supervision. Wrong size vanities ordered. I picked things that a professional contractor should have said wouldn't work but instead he just ordered them and couldn't figure out where to put them. The painter team painted over everything including nails, hooks, etc. They ruined doors, floors, and furniture. Contractor said they have to fix it. I reluctantly let them back in to replace the trim and ruined doors. Some got done but more got wrecked. Contractor asked why I wouldn't let them paint again to fix their mess then tells me he's going to fire them and they won't come back. Asked for a contractors license and insurance. License is assigned to someone else and insurance is expired. Told him not to come back but now my job is a mess and bathrooms are unusable. I've also paid half and will have to pay more to have the job done right.
I want a lien waiver signed and also some funds returned so that I can finish the job properly.

The customer choose cabinets and a free standing tub, after we installed this items she didn't like her selection, so she asked to bring a designer and friends for advice and to stop the work until she will know what she like to do, a after a few days she said that job is not good and she like a refund and she is going with different contractor.
As we explained the costumer what she referred as not good job are finishes she never let us to fiinish although we communicate to her that we will be more then happy to finish the job.
According to our contract 16,000$ payment need to by made to us after cabinets are installed and we never got it , also 3,800$ of additional work that as been made by us per costumer request after starting the project. So she need to pay almost 20,000 and she is asking for refund !
A lien will be posted on the property this week and we will take her to court ASAP.
We have all documents needed to seport the statement above.

While it's true that the tub was selected by me, it was ordered by the contractor with no plan on where to put it. It's way too big for the space. The vanities don't fit the space either and are marked up. All of the work is defective and will need to be redone properly. He said he was a licensed contractor. He is not. This became apparent because none of the work done is up to code or permitted. He was terminated upon finding out he was unlicensed. I did stall him while I investigated because the work was so awful. His answers to fixes are unacceptable. Our shower is completely bowing and he said he would fix it by putting would trim in the gap. The list goes on and on. All of the new quotes are telling me that permits were required to do this work. Besides breach of contract for the horrible work and damage to my home, fraud is involved for stating that he was licensed.
The costumer and kitchen Design Studio got to un agreement, basically she wants to cancel her complain with the Revdex.com what need to be done in order to remove this from the record?
