Review: I contracted with Kitchen Doctors to remove some cabinets and replace with new cabinets, the remaining original cabinets were to have new doors and drawer fronts. They were to move my appliances so that new floors could be installed and then install a new island. Once the contract was signed and they had a deposit it was almost impossible to get them to answer the phone or emails. When the day came for demolition and the new cabinet boxes were be installed the employees broke the door on my range moving it and took down a range hood and damaged it. The new cabinet boxes installed were the wrong size and of very poor workmanship. After many conversations they were adjusted, though still not square and my counter top has a caulk that begins at about 2/16" and ends at the wall at about 4/16". The island was installed but the organizer's were never ordered. Yesterday the owner came and installed my hardware. Out of 10 drawer handles only 1 was leveled and centered. In one area where there are 3 drawers in a row not one is in the same place but the middle handle is off center over an inch. In addition, he scratched my new granite countertop by placing the drawers on the counter without any protection and the medal runners on the bottom scratched the granite. My floor was damaged by the owner moving the fridge back in place and needs to be repaired by the floor company. They did repair my range door but the range hood still has the dented bottom and the low speed no longer works. This company has a A+ rating with Revdex.com but I have no idea how they earned it because there has not been one part of the remodel that has been correct and in addition they damaged my appliances and my floor.Desired Settlement: I want my range hood repaired or replaced, my drawer front replaced with new ones and the hardware installed correctly and my floor repaired.
