IF I PURCHASE SOMETHING THAT DOESN'T TOTAL $10, THEY FORCE YOU TO PURCHASE SOMETHING ADDITIONAL IN ORDER TO BRING YOUR TOTAL TO $10 OR MORE.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THAT POLICY REMOVED. IF YOU OFFER CREDIT/DEBIT CARD SERVICES, THERE SHOULDN'T BE A MINIMUM AMOUNT TO SPEND TO USE THE SERVICE. BUSINESS OWNERS SHOULD FACTOR THAT INFORMATION WHEN OFFERING THAT SERVICE. IT SHOULD NOT BE A HARDSHIP ON THE CUSTOMER.

Review: On January 25, 2014, we purchased 3 subs and order of fries to be delivered. When the items were delivered they were extremely cold. The use cheese use shredded cheese on the sandwiches and the cheese was still in it's shredded state. Bits of aluminum foil were found in one sandwich and one fish sandwich seem to be recooked, it was very chewy. When we called to state our problem they left us on hold for 5 minutes. [redacted] stated they would not redeliver new sandwiches and we needed to bring them back. I told her they should redeliver the food we tipped the driver for his services. They are the ones who made the error not us. I asked for the owner name and [redacted] stated his name is [redacted] and he is not here. I asked for his last name and she hung on me. On 1/29, I called again and [redacted] was not there and they still refused to give me a last minute.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the food purchased.
