Hired Warren to do some dry wall work in my home and found his work to be very good, Hired him again a few weeks later and again good work. Arranged for him to come a 3rd time and he did not show, would not return call or text, finally he responded said he would come "next week" and then never showed. It was clear early on that Warren was not real reliable when it came to honoring time commitments but as I said he was nice and did nice work so I played along.
Warren is a nice guy and does nice work, I never negotiated price with him and paid what he asked, Warren is just not good at communicating or showing up when he says he will.
All in all it is never worth dealing with those that are inconsiderate and fail to honor their commitments. Plenty of other good drywall people out there that will return calls and treat you with respect.
