Review: They charged me for installation of an oven that they did not install. I have been calling them, leaving multiple messages and e-mailing them about it and they are ignoring me. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he refused to refund me my money. On top of that he tried lying and telling me they installed something they did not. They CLEARLY did not install my oven as I had to pay another contractor to do it for me! Their people are rude and disrespectful. They left trash (cigarette boxes and empty coffee cups) at my house. They ignore you completely once they get your money and are extremely rude once you track somebody down. This company is dishonest, greedy and completely rude to deal with. I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund, plus tax, for the oven they never installed, but still charged me for.
