Kitchen Saver

Had this company refinish all of our kitchen cabinets. Spend over $20K. Was a problem from the beginning. They threw out the trim piece for our microwave oven, then had to fight them to replace it. Then we started to have problems with the pieces coming off the cupboard doors. First, got fixed. They said they knew there had been problems with that product.Then, replaced one door but had a chip in it, and two days after installed, the bottom strip came off. They said 'never seen this before', but told us earlier they knew there was a problem with the product. They said 'it's because we use a gas cooktop' and that's the problem. They blamed the heat from a gas cooktop (ridiculous telling someone not to use their cooktop because it will ruin the cupboards). They said they would install a piece of stainless steel at bottom of cupboard doors to stop heat ruining the doors. Waited 7 weeks, then they said they wouldn't do that unless we paid for it. Now they stopped answering calls. Worst service and terrible quality products. Stay away.

My mother is years oldIn October of 2015, she purchased a kitchen re-facing for her small galley type kitchen from Kitchen Saver (Lewisberry, PA)She already had the appliances in placeThe contract amount was $13,to reface existing cabinets and provide new sink and laminate countertop for a very tiny kitchen The amount charged for the kitchen is outrageous given it's size and the scope of work performedShe financed the work which is causing further anxiety for herI believe she was overcharge by as much as timesWhen I called the company to complain, the receptionist seemed to hint that they get calls like mine frequentlyWhen I spoke with people further up in the organization, there was no thought of even looking closer into the situationWhat was done, was doneI am greatly concerned for other seniors that are in my mother's situation that will routinely get scammed by this company
