As of now the replacement has been installed.  One of the reasons for the long delay was the customer was sending emails to the employee that sold the kitchen to him.  That employee has not been employed here for about a year.

Review: I purchased cabinets through Kitchen Source, upon delivery there were several imperfections on the doors. Someone came and agreed and had the Company -[redacted]-send replacements for the damaged doors. When the the new doors arrived they were a different color from the original cabinets. A Rep from [redacted] came and looked and agreed and sent new doors, in addition to molding which was shorted on the original order. New doors and molding came again and the colors were still off. The Company said they were going to have someone match my cabinets color-they tried and the trim and doors are all shades of the origianl color. I tried living with it, but Kitchen Source told me they would make it right-but are now giving me the run around. They tell me to call [redacted], [redacted] tells me I have to go through Kitchen Source, I am getting nowhere.Desired Settlement: I want the cabinets and moldings/trim replaced withthe same paint color or refund me my money. I have been promised that they would make it right and no one even calls me back.

Review: New kitchen cabinets, waiting 18 months to have a faulty drawer replaced, repeated calls and emails with vendor, I'm only getting stalled with no resolution in sight. I have been more than patient, I want immediate resolution at this point.Desired Settlement: Replace faulty drawer.
