Kitchen Time

Review: I had ordered from here for the first time and what I ordered is not what I received. I ordered fried baby shrimp with french fries and withouth checking my food I also had tip the delivery man. When I opened my food it was smelly fried fish with french fries. The fish smelled like a dirty mop so I called them back and explained to them that I did not order fried fish I ordered fried baby shrimp. They said they will send my shrimp so I threw the fish in the garbage because it smelled very bad. When the delivery guy came with my shrimp he would not give it to me unless I have them the smelly fish. I was very upset cause I had paid for food as well as tip for something I did not order and they had the nerve to want smelly fish back in order for me to receive my shrimp which I never got. I am so disppointed in their customer service and also wanting food back that smells. I dont think they have had any inspection done on their establishment and I feel like someone should check how clean their restaurant is because that fish smelled really horrible.Desired Settlement: $7.00

On 6/*/2013, customer [redacted] ordered fried baby shrimp with french fries via phone. He complained us about the wrong delivered fried fish. It was me who picked up the phone at that time. However, I wrote fried fish instead of fired baby shrimp by mistake. After the delivery man made the delivery to [redacted]'s place, we got a call regarding the wrong food from [redacted]. I apologized to him and promised him to send him the fried baby shrimp he ordered. Since the fried fish was not the one he ordered, I asked him to give it back to us. We go to buy fresh seafood, meat, vegetables and other materials every early morning, and I am 100% sure our food is fresh. It is reasonable to ask [redacted] to give the food which he did not order and pay back. He refuse to give it back to us and even not show us the fried fish. It is not our fault.
