We have tried to make the customer happy by offering her a discountbefore and even after more attempts to try to reason with her, she hasnot cooperated with us and does not want to.

I am rejecting this response because:

solution yet. They tried to contact me after I reached out to The Revdex.com and offered 2 solutions.> Option one was to cover 50% of the initial costs for my master bathroom.  If the cost of the bathroom is $526, half would be $263.  It will cost me close to that amount just to repair the damage done by the [redacted] of Kithen USA when he attempted to fix the problem.   He removed the side splash, left a hole in the dry wall, and loosened the countertop.  The company has already told me they will not come fix or glue the countertop back down.  I have been quoted $120 just to repair the hole in the wall plus I have to pay to have someone reattach the side splash.  I will also be stuck with a countertop that is NOT only not-level but is not even attached to the front of the countertop. I am not sure if anyone will be willing to attempt to glue it back down due to risk of cracking.>> The other option they offered is to come rip out the countertop and give me the refund.   If I were to go this route, they have stated they will not pay for any damage already caused to my walls and have warned me that if they rip out the countertop, it will cause further damage to my walls. This option is not acceptable because I would have to pay for wall damage plus plumbing the sink a second time.  Furthermore, my brand new vanity cabinet might also be damaged.>> I have asked the company to contact the Revdex.com so that we can work through them.Regards,
