for. Asking for a full refund back when all problems have been fixed is totally unfair when the work they are asking for is not on contract nor paid for. As explained all work has been done and yes when they call me I do answer all my calls as my phone is never turned off. I have explained to [redacted] the head manager that I can only fix what I have been contracted out for and nothing more. I have arranged to see [redacted] on Thursday and I will go over this with her. Tony S[redacted]

Review: Kitchen wizard was hired to remove a kitchen and back room from my older home. He gutted the kitchen and prepared for the new kitchen. As he started to create the new kitchen I started to find problem after problem. The first major problem was the walls and soffits were being painted without being sanded and then realized that they were not spackled properly either. On top of that the walls and soffits were not painted with primer. I realized that the new floor was not level and found out he did not level the floor like he said with original planning. he had already done one room and left it that way because it was already dried. the back room had to be done 3 times and is still not level and now affecting the heated flooring pads which some do not work. after inspecting more of his work after relieving him of his duties I came to find out that kitchen cabinets were installed to high and my appliances had to be put on risers to come up to counter top level and still are not flush. Also frame work with moldings are not evenly put together along with cabinet moldings are not flush with cabinets. he also installed base lighting on cabinets only to leave all the wiring exposed throughout the inside and underneath of the cabinets looking HORRIBLE! There is molding that was left so sharp it is a hazard and others not sanded and looking unfinished. There is more but these is the MAJOR ones that come to mind. He kept asking for more and more money because he was unable to pay for items he needed to continue the job and I unfortunately kept giving him the money because I wanted the kitchen done, and now I am left with the floor that is left unusable and has to be done from scratch meaning everything has to be taken out to be done again properly.Desired Settlement: want 15,000.00 back due to the fact that this person was unable to do this type of job in its capacity and should never have taken it on and now I have to find someone else to do the job and needing to pay them for there services

l was asked by [redacted] to take some time off. l just worked 6 weeks nonstop. She asked me to take 2 weeks off and then come back to talk to her regarding the kitchen. I proceeded to pack up my tools and told [redacted] I would have to come back to pick up my tile saw. it was a freestanding commercial grade saw that I had no room in my van with all my tools.

Once I left the house the following week I came down with a very bad case of poison ivy that put my out of commission for a few weeks. [redacted] called me on the phone asking me how I would like to handle the Kitchen. I explained to her I will talk to you about it once I’m there I was heading up that Monday with my son to also pick up my tile saw.

Once at the house I rang the bell and no one came to the door so I proceed to the fenced in yard were my tile saw was and to my surprise the saw was gone. I rang the bell once more and still no answer. No sooner did I pull away [redacted] text me asking me for some of my business papers. I explained to her I came for my tile saw and she text back the word no.

l then called the police and had them meet me at the client's home where [redacted] then came out and told two cops that the saw was not there and she knew nothing about it.

The cop told me I could file a theft report so I followed him down to the station where I realized [redacted] her x husband was now following me. I pulled in and out of streets only to notice as I turned down different streets he stayed a distance behind me. When I arrived at the police station I parked the truck on the side street and I told my son to stay in the van just in case there wasany trouble. As I went into the police station to file the report my son then called me on the cell phone telling me you better get back her fast [redacted] is throwing rocks at the windshield. My son did get out of the van and [redacted] started running.

I parked my van this time in the police parking lot alongside other police cars I proceeded onceagain inside the police station to file the report on theft. This time [redacted] came to the front of thestation and sat on the side walk waiting for me to come out. 1 had to have the police officer go out and speak to [redacted] and it here [redacted] did admit to the cop yes I am stalking Tony. The officer did give [redacted] a warning on stalking me

Once the cop came back inside I asked him if I file this report will my address be on the report and he replied yes it will. I explained I feared for my life as well as my wife’s house in fear that after throwing rocks at my van and my son he would attack me or the house I live in. The police officer did say [redacted] had a problem sheet that they could not go into with me .PLEASE NOTE I WILL NOT DISSCUSE THIS CASE WITH ANYONE UNTIL MY STOLEN TILE SAW IS RETURNED TO ME. THIS IS THEFT AND KELLIE DID GIVE ME PERMISSION TO COME BACK FOR IT.

I am rejecting this response because:

this reply from the business has nothing to do with the poor job done at my home. this contractor was contracted to do a job and unfortuntely he was not qualified to produce quality results. he took my money for a job he could not do correctly and should have never taken on the job in the first place. that is why I feel he should refund some of they money for services not rendered and I have to pay another company to redo the job.

Regards,

Review: This company did horrible sloppy cabinet work but still recieved payment in full. When asked to come back and return to make small repairs the owner Tony will not answer our calls, shuts off his phone, or tells us he will return our phone calls and never does. He said he will only complete repairs for an additional charge. All the work he did is completely falling apart so really his work goes way beyond just repairs.Desired Settlement: The most desired outcome would be to get a full refund so another company could come in and do this job correctly.
