Before ordering from Kitchenlav.com make sure you realize if anything goes wrong you can forget about them making it right. We purchased a 73" vanity that was on their website and the vanity we received did not carry the same stain color as indicated on their website. Upon sending them photo's of the stain color we received along with the stain color of the one on their website it was very obvious it was 2 different colors. I spoke with Lewis who asked for photos and after doing so I received a follow up email stating the vanity came in 3 colors and we received the "brown one". News to Lewis "brown" comes in all different shades as that doesn't make it right or make it the same color as the one we were ordering. He went on to say wood absorbs stain different and can not be guaranteed. I am in the painting and remodeling business and found that excuse insulting as I am aware stain will differ on different products but not to the extent of the vanity we received or naive enough to believe it. He also didn't have a problem blasting all the documentation we signed stating no refunds etc... etc... which is a coverup of nothing short of bad business in sending something deceivingly and cover it up with documentation. The documentation is to used if I just chose to not want it or change of mind NOT a error on their end. I am sure if the money was coming out of his pocket he would see things differently and I am pissed that I fell for using a [redacted] owned company and expected better morals than what I received. I will never use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
