This is Kitchens On Wheels Inc., Response to this complaint. The build is still under contract and will be completed the first week of September. The contract was signed prematurely and was funded by clients bank one and a half months after signing the contract. In the contract it
clearly states NO build will begin until funded. With that being said we pushed back the clients delivery date on our production schedule. Kitchens On Wheels Inc. has never NOT finished a build or has ever taken any clients money under fraud or misleading information over the course of business in years. The client clearly does not know his obligations and rights or our companies under the signed contract that is in effect in the state of Texas in Comal county
