Dear Ms [redacted] , Kitchens Southwest has been in contact with this customer for several months, trying to resolve the remaining warranty issues with her projectThe delay has been due to a number of manufacturing and finish errors on parts and pieces, some of which are outsourced from another manufacturer Our installer did the initial installation over a weekend while the clients were out of townWe promised to secure the [redacted] after completionAlthough our installer stated that he secured the [redacted] and garage before he left the jobsite, the garage was later found open by a neighbor We sincerely apologized to our customer for this Our designer personally met with the ***owner, walked the job, and presented her with a $gift card At that meeting, it was determined that some warranty items were needed to complete the job to the client’s satisfactionThe parts for the job have been ordered / reordered several times, but have been produced incorrectly each timeAs of today’s date, the following are on order: · (3) sticks of ZM-WHITE HIGH GLOSS · (1) filler white high gloss 1/wide by 3” tall Edge banding for front of corner shelf front · (2) deco doors for island at OC The most recent order was placed in December; some of the items have been produced, but we are still waiting for the final items We do not have an ETA on when the outstanding parts will be available, so cannot schedule the final installation at this timeWe have made this a priority, and hope to have a completion date shortly Sincerely, [redacted] Showroom Manager P)###-###-#### F)###-###-#### [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] ***
