Terrible customer serviceI ordered a pair of shoes through them with a couple pairs of socks to match the shoesAfter a week they emailed me saying that the shoes were understocked and they would be refunding my money for the showsI asked them to please just cancel my order since I was no longer getting the main item I was wantingThey took forever to get back to me just to say I could not cancel the rest of the orderI should be allowed to cancel an order whenever they change what im getting after the factThey provide no phone number for customer support and do not answer the phone in the storeMy experience has been pretty terrible since they have had my money tied up for over a week and refuse to allow me to cancel items that I only bought to match the shoes I am no longer getting

Never order anything from this company! They have the worse most unprofessional customer service department in the world. I ordered a pair of $70 addidas shorts on dec 2 for a christmas present. I received a confirmation and my account was charged. (what happen to charging your account when order was shipped.)on dec 21 I had never received them so I started trying to reach customer service. I finally, after holding for 20 min, had to leave a voice mail. Later in the day I received a text that said. “your order has been cancelled and your money will be refunded.” no explanation, apology, call back or anything else. Wonder when they were planning to let me know or refund my money after using it for almost a month. I will never order from this company again. .

store by my son as a follow up to denial, resolved the issue.  The next day he received an email assuring him my account would be credited for all but $10 of the initial debit to my account.  Although this company's practices are not, in my opinion, good or fair, in this particular instance they ultimately did the right thing though it took 3 months and much frustration for that to happen.  In fact, it was the employee who signed for and received the returned sneakers back in November 2014 who lobbied with the company's Customer Service department to refund the money (as proved my copies of internal Kith, LLC correspondence attached to the email sent my son).

Review: I ordered $200 worth of shoes on February [redacted], 2015 and they have failed to even ship them. They haven't responded to any of my recent emails to at least let me know they are working on sending it out and it is now March [redacted], and I have yet to hear anything about my order. The last email I received clearly said that I would receive a tracking number with 24-48 hours and that was on February [redacted], and I never received one. They have failed to respond when I emailed them again asking for a refund or for them to send my shoes immediately or cancel my order. It clearly says on their website "Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier."

They took the money out of my account the day I purchased them so as of right now, they have just taken my money because I have not received my order or even an email verifying that they have sent it out.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund me if they cannot commit to sending it out this week or I need the shoes to be sent out as soon as this complaint is received, as well as an apology for their lack of responsibility.

Review: I purchased a KITH Classics Logo tee in the Broadway store on Saturday, April ** with a friend of mine for the day. Upon getting home, I put it away. On Monday, April ** I wore the tshirt to school and throughout the day the tshirt started to pill up with cotton in between some of the letters on the graphic. I thought it was just temporary and a wash would fix it. When I got home, I washed it alone, and after air drying it, it is still exactly the same after the first wear. I am really disappointed in this as this was my first KITH purchase, and I paid $45 for a quality product, and got the opposite.Desired Settlement: All I want is a replacement tshirt for the inconvenience.

Review: I've tried several times to contact them through email, to no avail. I received a shipment from them that was damaged. Damaged as in, glue stains on one of the shoes. It was a recent collab release for Ronnie F[redacted] x New Balance 998 'City Never Sleeps'. Their 'Terms and Conditions' provides a form, on their site, for returns, exchanges and damages. It particularly says they do NOT reimburse return shipping and will ONLY give credit.

Is it MY FAULT the shoes came to me damaged? Should I personally be responsible for shipping the item back, only for an online-store credit? This is ridiculous! They won't even answer my emails back, for me to even get beyond contacting them. I couldn't even resell these if I tried, because they are DAMAGED! I won't even wear them because they are DAMAGED goods! I will never, EVER order from them ever again. Their policies, procedures, terms and conditions are all horrible. I will tweet everyone that follows me of the mishaps I've gone through to get reimbursed. I can't even ask for an exchange because the item I purchased is all sold out. For a guy (ronnie f[redacted]) looking to 'change the game'....he's certainly doing just that....he's changing it so loyal customers like myself will never shop at his Kith NYC store (or online) ever again.Desired Settlement: I just want the money I paid for these. I'd rather do an exchange for the same item, but they are sold out! I refuse to ship them back using my own money, as they are damaged goods, which isn't my fault. I do NOT want in-store credit or online credit. If I can't get an exchange, I just want to be reimbursed

Review: I ordered two pairs of shoes from Kith on 9/**. The first pair was shipped a few days later via [redacted] and was supposedly delivered on 9/** but nobody in my apartment complex saw the package. I filed an investigation with [redacted] who would only deal with the shipper (Kith). The investigation was closed a few days later without resolve due to Kith not responding to [redacted] and I had to re-open the investigation, which has still not been resolved. Kith refuse to refund me the money for the lost package.

All the while the second package was not shipped out until weeks later after I inquired on its whereabouts. They led me to believe that they would be re-sending the lost pair of shoes with the second package but did not. The shoe arrived but did not fit so I returned it paying for the shipping myself. Nowhere on the return form did it say anything about their policy of no full refunds (who in this day and age doesn't give refunds?) plus they charge an $8 restocking fee. So now I have no product and they won't refund me the money for the lost pair or the returned pair. All they have done is sent me a store credit which I do not want. I don't want to do anymore business with them due to how horribly I have been treated.

All this time I have been in loose contact with their customer service staff trying to get a refund or contact information for a manager or owner to discuss this problem but they almost never respond to my emails. I feel like I have been scammed, I am currently in the hole for $290 all because I wanted to order shoes online.Desired Settlement: All I want is to have my $270 refunded so I can purchase these items at another store. At the VERY least I would accept it if both pairs of shoes in my desired sizes were shipped to me free of charge and shipping.

Review: Purchased sneakers from Kith, LLC online. Sneakers arrived damaged. Company has no refund/no return policy & would not refund. Filed complaint w/bank & was instructed bybank to return sneakers to Kith. Did so via [redacted] w/tracking # & signature receipt required. Store received sneakers & employee signed for sneakers on 11/**/14 but Kith denied claim & refused to refund my money. Bank thus found claim unsatisfactory and re-debited my account for $206.86. I've since reopened claim but Kith is still refusing to refund the money, despite having the sneakers in their position. I'm out $206.86 as the bank will not credit my account because Kith is still refusing the claim. I'm not only out the money but also out the sneakers which were ACCEPTED by Kith. The bank has informed me that it will be at least 30 more days to know the outcome and that they are continuing to TRY to get the company to refund my money. This company has aloso refused to answer my emails and has blocked my son on social media when he complained on [redacted] & ** about their poor business practices. Both their Customer Services representative and their [redacted] have blocked my son. This company's policy regarding returns is beyond ridiculous in my opinion but when dealing with pristine merchandise so be it. When the merchandise is damaged, as in this case where leather had scratches, it's egregious for a company to expect a customer to 'suck it up'. It's theft when they refuse to refund your money yet accept the return of their merchandise!Desired Settlement: I want Kith to agree to refund the $206.86 paid for the sneakers through [redacted] NA to my account as soon as possible. As I said, what they've done amounts to fraud and theft.
