Review: Currently rent from KITO I LLC ( [redacted]) who are the landlords. We have mold growing inside our walls, plumbing issues, and no working AC. Landlord refuses to fix the plumbing and mold and AC issues. Therefore the tenant has withheld the rent giving the landlord notice that these issues have not been fixed since May of 2013 , and will be terminating their lease a month early ( landlord released tenant from lease in June of 2013). My family has been sick for month with upper respitory infections for months. Have documented all notices to the landlord, and text messages. Pictures have been taking of all the plumbing issues and mold. This has been ongoing issue with this landlord for three years. They just paint over the issues, and never disclose these issues to the tenants causing health issues. Landlord will not answering text messages or letter pertaining to these issues. Not threatening us with an EVICTION for retaliation.Desired Settlement: Would like for the landlord to return our deposit, and pay for our movers and new deposit since this is neglect on their behalf for reasons we have to move. 900.00 for new deposit850.00 for our deposit at their property250.00 for movers
