*** spent almost *** on a boat and they wont even return my calls to answer questionsI went in person and it was closed several times when it was supposed to be openin person I was literally ignored, I finally got the guy there to look up from his desk, only for him to *** tell me to come back another time to speak with they guy who sold it to mein other words he refused to help me as he hadnt earned commission on the sale, and he did so in a *** wayI had simple questions in the days after my purchase *** ***

Firstly this is a review for kits inflatable boats despite the slight difference in name this is the same company.
I purchased a new boat for close to 5 thousand dollars, a lot of money for me. It was a challenge just to buy the boat as several times I went to look at options the store was closed despite being during their business hours. Regrettably I stuck with it and bought a boat from a nice guy named Jo. I was a very helpful customer having no qualms helping assemble my boat and even moving items around their stock room to help as requested. Sadly that helpful attitude was not reciprocated. I have questions about my new boat that no one wants to answer. My phone calls are all ignored, emails ignored and visits to the store fruitless. The last time I was in I met one of the rudest people in business I have ever met. He essentially refused to help me, even showing great displeasure at having to look up from his desk to talk with me. Horrible service, do not waste your money here
