Lifestyle Publications ran all ads in accordance with the terms of the contract signed by Ms***She failed to pay for the last three months of ads published under the 12-month agreementAfter almost a year and after internal efforts were exhausted, the unpaid balance was placed with a
reputable and professional collection agencyAll payments made have been reflected in her balance owedI am sure she is unhappy collection fees have been added to the balance in accordance with the contract termsNo late fees have ever been charged, even though the contract allows for thoseLifestyle Publications has been very fair and patient in trying to work out options to resolve the debt owed by the Ms***/*** ***That her unpaid balance will be reported to credit agencies is no fault but her own.Below is the only email I could find from her, along with my response sent the same dayAs you can see from her email, her complaints seemed to be 1) that she could not make changes to her ad; 2) that reps never bothered to see how things were going; 3) that she sent an email to an unnamed address and never received response; and 4) that she said not to bother running the last three ads.Notwithstanding the fact that none of these complaints represent a breach of contract or otherwise release her from her payment obligations, I will address them below.1) She could have made changes to her adEach month an Ad Deadline Reminder was sent and changes could have been submittedShe paid a one-time design fee and Lifestyle Publications created an adShe could have requested changes to the ad as well.2) This is a service complaint that, if true, is unfortunate, but does not relieve her of her payment obligationsShe could have contacted Lifestyle Publications if she wanted to discuss "how things were going." Since then I'm now being harassed illegally by debt collectors giving anyone and everyone information about me over the phone. This needs to be righted, otherwise I will be contacting any news station, Revdex.com and any other person I need to end this!
