Do your homework!
Beware of this company! They used to be called Kitchen Cabinets for Less. I hired them to do a kitchen and floor renovation in my home. There were MANY deficiencies near the end of the project that he continually refused to acknowledge or address. I asked for over 16 weeks for the noted items to be dealt with, but he continued to deny responsibility. I held back the final payment (approx. 10%) stating he would be paid once he completed his work to a satisfactory manner. Long story short - he took me to small claims court denying any responsibility. Not only did he lose in small claims court he now has a judgement against him which he has refused to pay. I am living with a completely substandard unprofessional renovation. I have plenty of pictures and documentation to back this up.

I enjoyed working with Michael and my cabinets turned out beautifully after a few errors. I was impressed and would recommend him until he got into a spat with contractor. (Don’t care who’s to blame) I purchased a $600 garbage system and it came damaged. Michael got the replacement but held it hostage and would not give it to me even after I offered to pay him $300 more dollars. He wanted me to collect $1500 from contractor. His error in business should not have been used to deliver 1/2 a product. I ordered replacements and they only charged me $55 but it took 4 months and many hours to track down- now he has one garbage bin and two lids that are no good to him. I don’t understand why he wouldn’t just make the job whole and generate another satisfied customer?

Installed sink and counter top. The Banding of the sink let loose.Michael came and fixed that, and noticed that the porcelain sink was letting loose, he told me he will send his employee to resilicone the sink.
After waiting for a week ,to have it done, I called him. He said it was not his responsibility to fix it. He suggested that the plumber pulled the sink when he was connecting lat the bottom. That is not true. *** I did nor appreciate his response.

The contract was for removal and install of countertop only. Customer was to use her own plumber because of price. Her plumber broke the sink she purchased from us by tightening it to much. At no charge we picked up the sink and replaced it with a new one. We recommended we install the sink because most plumbers can't do it well. The customer didn't want to pay to have it installed 2 hours labour, but agreed to pay $50.00 to have it installed. She proceeded to call her plumber to do the faucet and drains. We received a call about the sink strapping came loose. When we arrived we noticed the sink was not attached to the countertop anymore. I explained that for this to happen the plumber pulled down on the sink when doing the drain. I called her plumber and left a message to call me and to fix this issue. Now we get a complaint?

I was not in the bathroom, when the sink was being in stalled.
After a few minutes, the plumber told me , the sink is broken and he cannot the job.
I ,at no time was told about the the cost or the labour to have the sink installed. All I remember ,I was told that I can have it done for 50.00.I wanted the work done as early as possible.
It was only, when I called To report that the band was let loose,
I noticed that the sink was letting loose. My plumber , is doubting the fact, that he had anything to do with the let loose of the sink. I was verbally, berated last week by the owner of this business. How tactless of a man to do that?

We strapped the sink with two metal straps and screwed into a plywood box cabinet. The sink came down with so much force it pulled the screw right out of the cabinet. The customers plumber pulled the sink down. I asked the customer for her plumbers phone number so I can talk to him about fixing the sink. I called and left a message for him to call me and to fix the sink. I didn't ask him to do it for free. The plumber never phoned. ***

*** I was very upset as to how I was told that the sink will not be fixed, because it was not their responsibility

My husband and I completely remodeled our kitchen this past winter of 2018. We shopped everywhere from Vancouver to Langley...we seriously found the best price and quality at Kitchens for Less. Mike is a true gentleman to work with no stress. We ended up buying the countertops and handles from him as well, because after shopping for those separately it turned out easier and the same price. We also had our floors installed by Mike H recommended by Mike. He was wonderful!!! I love ❤ï my new kitchen:)

This company has a new owner that does not know how to satisfy his customers. Good product but very poor assembly, wrong sized pieces, damaged when delivered and follow up on complaints non existent. C

We had a cabinet fall over during shipping and damaged a door. In less than a week we had a new door and in less than 24 hours we had delivered the door. We did not design the bath room, *** tried to use a 15" drawer base cabinet as a sink cabinet. *** asked that we did not assemble the top drawer. Couple weeks later *** wanted the drawer assembled, parts were disposed of, unable to order parts, so we offered to custom make the drawer. If *** was not 60 km's away we would have been able to get to him sooner about 2 weeks. *** is scheduled to drop off the drawer front to have the drawer custom made.
