I continue to get sales calls daily, sometimes multiple times a day, even though I've asked times now to be removed from their contact list
Over the past year I've attended a couple of their webinars and had a good experience with them as a company I changed roles recently and no longer need their services but they will not stop calling me I've asked at least times for them to stop calling me and each time they say they will and a couple days later the calls start again At this point the constant calls and have ruined my experience with them as an organization I've blocked their number on my cell phone and if I could block it on my office phone as well I would

Signed up for FREE Trial and FREE News Letter, then they contacted me phone and I cancelled trial but then my card was charged $1,195.00!
I was researching a states regulations and the website was down at the time Enviro.BLR.com came up so I signed up for free trial to print out the regulations BLR sales department contacted me at which time I cancelled the trial I then was contacted via email where I explained to the representative I had used their service in the past and I was unhappy with the constant calls and emails and I explained to her I can get any information they provide for free from state websites At that time she had even told me I would be placed on the "Do Not Contact" list"
Later that day my bank account was charged $1,195.00! My banks Fraud Division is investigating at this time

I have continued to receive unwanted and unsolicited emails from this companyI am receiving them so much it's actually causing interuption in my work dayIt so frustratingIt feels like I am being harassed at workI do not know how they think it's ok to do this type of thing but it is unprofessional and I would not use this company for their services based on this type of marketingI have unsubscribed numerous times using a link on the bottom of their email but it isn't workingI went as far as to call over a week ago and the lady told me I would be removedI felt from the way she replied to me on the phone that it would not be handled and I was right because I have emails I can provide that have come to me just since I made the call to be removed
