Kitty Key Chain

Ordered three rings yesterday (5/19/22). One of them is supposed to be a birthday gift even. Made a mistake in selecting the wrong ring size, tried to email to ask if this could be changed to the correct one same day. Have not received a response. Tried to call and got a voice mail of "the text mail subscriber is currently not available". Saw reviews here and tried to go back to cancel my order. There isn't even an option to do that. Now I'm scared I either won't get the rings by the proper date (6/16/22), I'll get it but recieve the wrong size since there was no acknowledgement to my email. Or I'll never get them and I lost money. If I could leave a bad review on the website myself I would.

Don't waste your time this stuff comes from China and they take your money and you never get the item. I ordered back in may here it is almost August and I've recieved nothing. I asked for a refund today and they don't even respond.

Placed an order 3/25/20 and have still not received order. I have contacted company via email and called several times, no response. It's a ripoff.

On 12-16-2019 I was looking for some gifts for New Years for friends. I found these keychains online and thought they would work. I used the email on their website to ask if I would be able to get these before 1/1/2020 as they were to be gifts. I got an email response only statying "OK". They claim they are listed in Florida, so I thought I would have them by the end of December. Two weeks went buy and I didn't have them, so I used the email they have listed on the website. All I got in response was "they are on the way".

Needless to say I did NOT get these BEFORE 1-1-2020. In fact, I did not even get them in January 2020, I got them on 2-4-2020! And this stuff came from CHINA not FLORIDA! I was NEVER told this stuff was coming from China!

Since I did not need these anymore, I wanted to get a refund, so I used the email they have on their site and asked for a return address to send these to for a refund. I didn't get a reply. I emailed again and still didn't get a reply. I emailed yet again, and my emails came back "Mailer Daemon". They obviously "blacklisted" my email address!

So I tried calling the number listed on their website, and it rang and rang and rang and nobody ever picked up. I called 3 more times and only did I get a generic voice mail on the last attempt. I left a message telling them I needed an address to send this stuff back too. I have never received any response from them.

I've done some online searching since they don't list an address, and came across www.solidcharm.com as having used the same phone number as they list on kittykeychain. And after searching for info on solidcharm, and the info I found stated that this is some kind of scam "marketing company". I looked them up on Google and found an address of 717 N. Magnolia, Orlando, Fl.

Somebody needs to do something about the frauds. Although they will SELL you something, that will be ALL they do! There won't be any more contact from them, they will blacklist you and ignore all of your calls!!

I ordered 3 kitty keychains on 12/6/19, never received. Emailed company, no response, called company, no response. I would give them zero stars if I could

I placed an order with this company on 12/06/2019, and no delivery details as of yet.
I placed an order for 22 kitty key rings on 12/06/19. Although I placed one order, on their site it looks like they are shipping it in 3 packages. When I click on the track my package link, there aren't any tracking numbers attached, so I am unable to track my packages. The site states I would receive an email and text when my package(s) was on the way, but I have not received either. I have emailed the site 5 times (12/14, 12/17, 12/19 and 12/23), and called the number listed on their refund section of their website, and the number listed on the Revdex.com website. I have also texted both /numbers, and I have not received any responses either via phone call, email or text.

Ordered from website 12/10/19 received an email confirming my order with a tracking # that doesn't work tried to call and sent email with no response.
Ordered an item from this site for a Christmas gift 12/10/19 have tried calling them and sent emails with no response and a tracking number that dosen't work it is now 12/30/19 and still nothing.

Purchased a Kitty Key Chain on October 15th 2019. Order number ***. Received and email it has shipped. never received it. Contacted seller no response. Tracking shows the item was cancelled.
