this to the customer and she is trying to return it four months after purchase. When we talked to her on the phone she was not able to provide us with her order number that she provided here. She was very rude when we were explaining to her that our policy for a full refund is within 30 days. Saying our products are cheap quality is a rare complaint. Majority of what stated in the response by this business is a lie. I was never told about any return policy of this business, I was NOT rude at any time, didn't even raise my voice at any point. However I was rudely hung up on right in the middle of my sentence, saying I ordered the cat tree off their company website. This business is unbelievable, cannot not even imagine they are allowed to operate, scamming customers!
The product they sell is supposed to be durable and last certainly more than two or three months! Why do they have no liability for that? My last cat tree from costco lasted me 10 years and still looked almost new! This business should be shut down!! If people knew their product lasts only two months, no one would be buying it, they'd just laugh!! I repeat these business is a scam! Not to mention their cat tree arrived without any paperwork on the order at all..
