Hi, I recently purchased a fireplace at Myers fireplaceThis has been the worst Purchase of my lifeEvery time I contacted them they kept telling me it would be more for this and more for thatEnded up being 40% higher that my quoteAnd they were at my house at the beginning to accurately quote itThe installer did not want to install the way I wanted it so he kept hiking up the priceThen I paid half down and ordered itThey said it would be in in -days and I would have it installed in a weekI called them a week later to check on it, they then said they didn't order it because they realized it would be an additional $dollars and didn't know if I would agreeBut they never called to tell me thatSo reluctantly I had to say yesNow its installedThis is supposed to be the BEST fireplace on the marketThe fan is so loud you can not be in the same roomI have called them three timed and they say its breaking in very common??????? No way!! So after spending $on a fireplace we can use it and its only two weeks old

Then I paid half down and ordered it. They said it would be in in 3 -4 days and I would have it installed in a week. I called them a week later to check on it, they then said they didn't order it because they realized it would be an additional $450 dollars and didn't know if I would agree. But they never called to tell me that. So reluctantly I had to say yes. Now its installed. This is supposed to be the BEST fireplace on the market. The fan is so loud you can not be in the same room. I have called them three timed and they say its breaking in very common??????? No way!! So after spending $7000 on a fireplace we can use it and its only two weeks old.
