Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:no iam rejecting this because ,, for the lawyers office should have notified me ,, this so rediculas,, so WHERE IS THE SECOND MONEY GRAM,, there was no second money gram sent to me,, this is rediculas because the lady told me before she is going to move to california,, I want my money AND AT THE TIME I PAYED FOR THE SERVICE,, so where is the second money gram,, it was dated on the money gram august 27th ,, I got the money gram close to the end of setpt because it was lost in the mail, HOW DO I GET MY DOLLARS I LOST FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT,, why are they not helping me should I contact the atourney general,, this is going to go on and on here the stupid lady might have already moved,, this problem has been going on since October a month later still not fixed ,, NEED TAKEN CARE OFSincerely,*** ***

In response to [redacted]’s complaint filed on 10/22/2015. Mr. [redacted] had received a money order for $100 on July 29, 2015. It was received by our law office so we forwarded it on to Mr. [redacted] on August 18, 2015. We received a call from the post office that they had...

tried to deliver this item for us and it was found to be undeliverable. We contacted the person who mailed the money order and let them know. They then cancelled that money order and send out a new one for us to forward on to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] somehow received the first money order that we were advised had never been delivered. Mr. [redacted] cashed that money order which had already been cancelled and was very upset to find that it bounced and caused a negative balance in his account. We did receive a second money order on September 9, 2015 which we did forward on to Mr. [redacted]. We unfortunately had no way of knowing that he would even receive the first money order which had been cancelled, we did forward all mailings received to Mr. [redacted]. We are very sorry that we were unable to notify you that the first money order the other party had sent had already been cancelled.

I had stated before that we received a second money order and forwarded it on. I was mistaken and I have explained all of this to Mr. [redacted]. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] and explained to him that we would be happy to help in any way that we can however we first need him to reactivate his membership. Mr. [redacted] agreed to do so and then call us so that we can further assist.
