Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I reject [redacted]'s response because he is not honest about the refund I received. I paid $226.77 and received a refund of $75.59 (attached).  The hair I purchased was bad hair, and should have lasted at least a year.  The hair was braided into my hair by a professional who also stated the hair was bad and should have not balled and tangled the way it did. As I stated in my initial complaint, the manager told me if I brought the hair back in she would give me a refund. Why would she need the hair if she wasn't going to give me a refund. I showed her pictures of the hair. I only became upset when I returned to the store  and the manager told me she would only refund me for one bag. I also became upset because the manager, another employee and the security guard were speaking in Spanish and I asked them to speak English because I couldn't understand what they were saying and was unable to reach my friend who speaks Spanish. The employee kept calling me "sweetie" and I asked him to stop. I initially asked for half of my money back and since [redacted] says that's how much I was given, then he owes me a refund of $37.79.  The fact that he wasn't there and has provided false information to the Revdex.com, speaks volumes of the type of customer service is provided at his store.

Revdex.comWhen [redacted] bring hair back to Kiwi Beauty Supply. It was all loose and had no packages. Weassumed that hair is 2 bags of it. And we refund one bag cost of $69.99plus Tax(Total of $75.59).If this hair was bad and tangle while braided by professional, why didn't that professional stop braiding hair. [redacted] could bring un-opened hair for refund.Our store policy is un-used item that is re-sellable to other customer is allowed return in 30 days. When customer ask return on the phone, we say same thing.Hair [redacted] trying to bring it to Kiwi Beauty Supply was already used and can not be resell to other customer.Again, Kiwi Beauty Supply provided customer contact number for maker of hair products already. It is much faster to get replacement hair for this situation. This hair maker never replace hair to retailer, they work directly to customer.I was not at there but I saw video/audio capture on site. Kiwi has 80 camera recorder on site.
