I am rejecting this response because: When I asked why wasn't I informed that the food would be ordered from a "Pizza Store" (Local Vendor) the manager I spoke with on the phone told me I didn't need to know where they got the food for the children to eat just as long as they supplied it which I thought was not right because I was under the impression that they would be making the foodDuring my time at Kix & Giggles there was only one employee who was working at the time and she allowed me to play music from my cell phone instead of her ***They also exclaimed that we were late arriving to the party which is false, My brother and I arrived early to drop off decorations, the cake and I also ordered food which did not cost $it was $I have receipts which indicates how much I paid for everythingIncluding a receipt signed by the employee who was working at the time stating that the balance was paidThen me and my mother came back to decorate and we cleaned up before leaving.

It is our goal to make every kids party a happy and memorable occasion for the guests as well as the host. A major factor in accomplishing this goal is the...

attitude of the host. And in this particular case, we had a very difficult host. 
I am not certain what her actual complaint is but I will review her comments in the order she listed them. Her party package was $375, and extra time is $45 for 30 minutes. [redacted] arrived / late for her party and was very irate that she could not be credited with the time. She ordered extra food that cost $124 and stayed 2 hours past the party time for an additional $90. When presented with her bill she refused to pay for the food because “it came from an outside vendor” and simply would not acknowledge the extra time. She was so disruptive that we instructed our attendant to call the police, at which time [redacted] agreed to pay for the food. Our party menu clearly states which items can be ordered in house, which is primarily drinks. Our policy is “No Outside Food” so her statement that had she known she would have ordered the food has no bearing.
Generally speaking her guests were more disruptive than normal, with the entire store in disarray when they left. During the party either she or one of her guests changed our [redacted] for theirs, and their music. After they finally left our attendant noticed that the [redacted] was gone. She called the police to file a theft report and when the police arrived they remarked on the “total destruction of the store” and wondered why we hadn't called earlier. We filed a complaint, and at the suggestion of the investigating officer, we billed [redacted] for the replacement cost of the [redacted], notifying her by email of our actions.
I think this answers the complaints as listed by [redacted]. At this time we have no intention of issuing a refund to her. If you require information please let me know. As stated originally, we really do strive to make each party a happy and memorable occasion.
