Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from Kixclusive. I received an email on December **, 2015 from Daniel, a representative of the company. He asked for a phone number to confirm the order. The order was confirmed for shippment of shoes - size 5.5 US.

Upon receipt of the package, I opened it to find the shoes in a larger size than what I ordered and confirmed by phone. Although the box said 5.5 US, the contents of the box were shoes size 6.5 US. I contacted Kixclusive on December **, 2015.

Daniel insisted that the package did not come from Kixclusive; however, the packaging clearly states that it is from this company. Daniel asked that I check again to make sure that the product came from Kixclusive. I did and once again sent an email on December **, 2015 explaining that the shoe box shows size 5.5 US but the shoes inside the box are size 6.5 US.

Again, the company denies that the merchandise was from their store. This is an unacceptable response. The exhibit extremely poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I would like to either exchange the shoes they sent me for the correct size. However, I'm skeptical about receiving the correct order. If this is not possible, I will return the shoes for no less than a full refund including the shipping cost.

Review: I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers from their website on April **, billed April ** for the amount of $370.00. I've received nothing, I was contacted after emailing them and a gentleman named [redacted] said he'd get me a refund, then a partial refund, now I haven't heard from him in a few days, they've since relocated to Florida according to the message on their phone.Desired Settlement: $370, which is what I was charged for.
