I would like to get a refund for the second half of the soccer season. My son is unhappy with the coaching staff and so aim I. My son did not participate in any training from January until present 2020. I have tried numerous times to email the director of KIXX and advising him of my situation. The last email I received was that he would let us know when a refund and amount would be given. Till this day I have not heard anything back from him. The directors name is ***. The soccer club has set up online zoom sessions but my son has not attended any of them. I advised the director how unhappy we were with the coach and his training and the director had the coach give me a call. I don't think that was the right thing to do. How akward to receive a call from the coach when you went over his head because you were dissatisfied with the coaching staff. I also advised the director that we will not be playing for KIXX this season and I would like a refund once again. Still nothing. My son will be playing on soccer program.

filed this complaint in June. *** just received the letter on August 10, 2020. All teams received refunds after the club received reimbursements from scheduled tournaments and ***. We couldn’t refund fees until these items were refunded to us.
We received three emails from ***.
Note: ***, Director of Coaching Kixx Soccer Club, Division of *** & Recreation Programs
Email #1: On March 9th indicating he was un-happy with the coach. *** spoke to him and mediated their disagreement. The outcome of that mediation is unknow because we shut down due to COVID after that occurrence.
Email #2: In April *** emailed indicated he wanted a refund for the Elite FT sessions because he could not do the Zoom sessions. *** indicated the sessions were recorded and suggested that if he couldn’t to them live he could always watch them via a recording. *** also indicated that we still haven’t been able to determine any refund about for the club because *** had not officially cancelled the season.
Email #3: In June *** emailed asking about his refund. *** missed the first email in June 2, but did respond to the second email a week later and indicated we would be processing the refunds.
*** was refunded $195.26 on June 15th. This is the same amount for everyone on that team. *** never submitted any statement saying he wanted to be removed from the team until after the season was over. He did state he was unhappy with the coach. *** contacted the coach and had the coach contact ***.

I am rejecting this response because:
I believe the 195.00 refund isn't enough. We had nothing but bad things about the KIXX program with its coaching staff. *** should have took care of the situation instead of having the coach with we have the problem with contact me. I'm fully disgusted with how things were handled. I'm still asking for a full refund. Not a partial refund. As this situation goes way beyond the Covid-19 pandemic.
