Hello,I am not satisfied with what the consumer has stated to you. Again, I have text messages from the consumer stating they were putting a GPS in the vehicle which was why the vehicle was picked up. There was never any mention through phone call nor text message that the consumer was coming to repo the vehicle. He also states that some of the information on the application was false and I can agree to that because most of the information that was false was what he told us to tell the bank for him. He is a used car lot manager and he wanted us to be fraudulent on his behalf with the bank. Again, I do have text messages with the conversations that took place between us. I also have documents that were given to me from the car dealership that have what we actually paid as a down payment that conflict with the text messages. I'd like to go to the Media with a fraud alert and just so that anyone considering buying a car from EZ Auto Sales will think twice about it. Again, I have text messages that are telling us to tell the bank false information about our down payment, the mileage of the vehicle, and who the car was for. I am willing to go as far as the media with these messages. If you would like a copy of the text messages I would be happy to send them to you.

We have received and reviewed the complaint. We are a used car lot whom connect our customers to sub-prime banks, in which any information you submit is verified by said bank. We also have customer sign a form stating if ANY INFORMATION given to us is found fraud we will repo vehicle...
immediately and any monies will be lost. The customer gave us $500 as a partial down payment in which the difference would have been differed assuming the vehicle would have been funded and paid to us by the sub prime bank. When the bank verified their documentation we were notified that some information was incorrect and consumer signed credit application stating other wise. The bank advised us that they were rejecting the deal based on that and we had no choice but to repo our vehicle. The sub-prime bank usually take 48 hours to fund us which is why we have customer sign a form stating if we don't get funded and deal gets rejected they will be charged a rental fee. Customer picked up vehicle 11/14/2015 and we took possession on 11/20/2015 they had it for 7 days and were only charged $375, even though I had to send my employees to retrieve the vehicle I still didn't charge the $500 fee. I have attached said copy. Its unfortunate we could not get them approved however we are not refunding any additional money. I refunded $125 and even then I shouldn't have even done that.
