To whom it may concern,   Please see the below e-mail trail regarding this complaint.  This owners complaint was due to...

an upgrade fee that is required for any exchange from one unit type to a larger unit type.  In this instance, the fee was $300.  We refunded $100 of this upgrade fee in an attempt to appease this owner.  However, he does own a 2 bedroom and was upgraded to a 4 bedroom and there will always be a standard upgrade fee charged for any future exchanges into a larger unit type other than a 2 bedroom.   I apologize for not responding sooner.  Please update your records with my e-mail address for any future complaints as R.
