Review: We were quoted a price of $960.00 to deliver a vehicle from [redacted], PA, [redacted] to [redacted], CA [redacted]. $175.00 deposit was requested by [redacted],, who said that there were no additional or hidden charges. So $175.00 was put on a credit card, which left $785 due on delivery. The truck driver which picking up the car asked my son to sign the paper that he was picking it up. My son signed which the man held the paper which evidently had an amount of $1275 on it but evidently had his hand over the amount as he held it.

At any rate, they they wanted a cashiers check or cash on delivery of $1275. When I called [redacted], they said that the driver evidently decided that he wanted $140 more and that the $175 was a broker fee, in addition to the $960. This was never the deal. So [redacted], told the driver that I was stopping the $175 credit card charge (never discussed this) and I had to wire money to be paid on delivery to California, or they threatened to put the car in storage & I would have to pay storage. Car picked up in PA.on 4/27/13, then email came on 4/28/13 that I could find another company if I was not happy with the new price. It was already on its way to California. Cannot find [redacted] in Revdex.com, nor is there an adress on their shipping invoice, which I have quoting $960.

I want to file against Avl transportators also. The man (**) there screamed at me, hung up on me, threatened to put car in storage if I didn't pay whatever it was that they wanted. I have overpaid $315, and could do nothing about it. Can you find Avl transportators for me, phone no. [redacted], email [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of $315 in a cashier's check, as I paid $1275, and have quoted shipping invoice for $960. If you need any of this documention, it can be sent. Looks like driver's signature if [redacted] (?)

Review: I booked my service through a 3rd party broker. My car was scheduled to be picked up on January 2nd, it was not retrieved until January 6th. No one called me to leg me know, I kept calling the broker, poor guy. Finally my car is picked up and I am told a week or less my car will arrive in California. I am forced to directly call the driver to receive updates on where my car is. What do those people even do at the office that they have their drivers talk and text while they are operating a giant truck... I finally get a rude text saying I have a new driver. [redacted], my new driver, informs me that the old driver quit and abandoned the truck in Colorado for a week. Still no call from the office, did they really expect someone who just quit to give everyone a call? Finally my car reaches me on January 21st, estimated time between 2-3pm, it didnt arrive until 8:30pm. It comes off the truck and there is no front license plate. I inform [redacted] that I am not comfortable paying the full $1,100 for the service was not valued at that price. He tells me he can not negotiate and tells me to call the company. So I do, over and over and over. I speak with [redacted] who seemed to agree with me when I asked for compensation. When I called him back again, after not hearing from him "tomorrow or the next day" he tells me he spoke with the driver and he is not willing to give up any money. Well obviously [redacted]! I dont want the drivers money I want the company's money. I then sent a lengthy email to [redacted], [redacted]s boss on 1/29 which I have yet to hear anything back. Horrible company, they dont care about their customers. Horrible communication. DO NOT USE THEM!Desired Settlement: I would like compensation for the poor service that was provided. I believe half of what I paid, $550, would be reasonable.
