Ilegal immigrants with fake social security numbers
I would like to share. That they hire ilegal immigrants. At the st helens McDonald's . With fake social security numbers . I've tried getting hold of the owners. To report this. Then the Manger says the know. This is wrong. So I reported them . I think everyone should know what is going on there.. The owners just let them keep work there illegal.
I live near by and don't frequent mcdonalds that often but when I do it seems to be early in the morning or later at nightThe morning crew is usually on point but when ever I stop in at night especially on the weekend the service is down right terribleExtremely long wait time with no one in line, nothing but personal conversations going on and often my order is messed upSo much that I check before I leave the window nowI will not be returning to this location which sucks because they're so close and I love their breakfast but I can't give my money to some one who doesn't give a crap about quality and customer service
The st Helens store McDonald's does not honor coffee purchase as rewards to get free coffee from punch cards it's only the night manager who has a noticable limp he wouldn't give me his name even after I asked! The store is full of rude employees I cannot believe something hasn't been done or said abt this earlier the service was horrible I waited mins to get coffee and only to have him tell me I'm wrong about the punch cards when it clearly states all mccaffe drinks are valid this is not the first or second time it's more like the 100th and I'm sick of it I have contacted Karen and no reply from her either!
