The vehicle was not illegally towed without required documentationThe signed work order from the shop was signed by Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] was shown all documentation at his court hearing where he lost his caseThis was a legal matter that has already went to court and the verdict was given in favor of the towing company and the shop where the vehicle was repairedJust because you do not like the work that someone performed on vehicle does not give you the right to take your vehicle with out paying for it and especially when the shop has a signed work order from youI believe that is what the Judge explained to as well, and that is why your case in court was lostYour request for my company to pay the work that was done on your vehicle is crazyMy company was hired on to repo your car from( Hwy Transmission )They have a signed work order that was brought to court with your signature stating that if you did not pay for work that was done on your vehicle or if a bad check was written to them for the repairs then your vehicle would be repossessed and you would have to pay for the chargesThis is why your vehicle was repossessedHwy Transmission contacted us to repo it once payment was not rendered to themIf you would like to see the same paperwork that was showed to you and the judge in court, I'm sure Hwy Transmission would have no problem showing you or you can ask the court for themNot only is it crazy that you want for my company to pay the charges for your vehicle being fixed, but your requesting that we pay you for your vehicle being repossessed, which you were not charged and did not pay for.Regards,Chris

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint "The shop where he had it fixed at contacted us and gave us a signed worked order and proper documentation to have the vehicle repossessed for non payment.”-Chris *** previous statement I requested this documentation the night the vehicle was illegally towed, and the morning afterwards, it was never provided I requested any legal and verified documentation authorizing, approving or justifying the illegal repossession of the vehicle None was ever provided I’m still waiting to see this “documentation” The court ruled in favor of the other party only because the extorted money did not include the towing price(we did not pay tow company bill directly)Otherwise, the court decision was to give the towing money back to us
Regards,*** ***

This letter is in response to the complaint filled against my companyI Chris L*** owner of Imperial Wrecker Service Inc was the one that loaded this vehicleI was called out there by the police dept to load the vehicleThe complaining party that has filed a complaint was totaly aware of her car
being towed and was aware of where her car was being towed toHer car was hit in the street, and was not drivableMy tow bill to the shop was for $That is all that I was paid for the towThe customer complaining in regards to this also told me on the accident scene that she had insurance and if the person at fault didnt have insurance then hers would pick it upThe person at fault did have insurance but because he had hit other vehicles they only paid what his coverage was for all the vehicles I have a signed copy of the tow ticket from the customer from the time of the accident stating where the car was towed from and where it was towed toAlong with the $tow chargeI am not in control of what the shop chargesFrom my understanding, the vehicle was there at the shop for over a monthThat probably is where the other charges came fromOnce again the customer was fully aware of where her vehicle was going and why it was being towedI nor my company is responsible for the charges that occurred while sitting at the shopThe insurance was responsible for these charges and we do not determine how much money the insurance company gives the complainant for there vehicle if it is totaledIn closing I nor my company is not responsible for the additional charges that was occurred during the dispute with the insurance company Regards,Chris L*** * owner of Imperial )
