John is a nice and polite guy, but that's about where it endsI purchased middle of the line, Vinylcraft windows back in Feb or Mar of this year (2016), and as of December the job is STILL not finishedWe have had problems with the windows being hard to open, not fitting properly, not closing, latches not lining up, and the internal grids being the wrong onesAll the sashes have been replaced times due to fitment issues, frames had to be remounted, and i'm STILL waiting for the window to be replaced with the wrong gridsThey showed up today to replace the wrong windowI spent thousands of dollars on a product and have been beyond disappointedAt what point do you just file a law suit?
