We hired [redacted] to photograph my daughter's Senior pictures. We paid a sitting fee of $100.00 for an hour. The pictures were taken on August 12th, 2014. I had to contact [redacted] on several occasions about everything. First off, I was never given an order form. To which I contacted her and asked if I could just order online (never got a reply). I contacted her at the end of October and gave her the picture image to email to the Mt. Horeb schools as that was the picture that was to go in the yearbook. She replied to me one time and said she would take care of it (this was part of the sitting fee). I emailed her and contacted her by facebook on 7 different occasions following this inquiring as to whether or not she made the deadline for getting [redacted] Senior picture image to Mt. Horeb schools (November 7, 2014). I still to this day have never gotten a reply from her. We later found out that she DID NOT ever send the image to Mt. Horeb schools. In mid December I started attempting to contact [redacted] again in regards to the photos I ordered online as my credit card was charged back at the end of October and I had received a confirmation of order by email Several of these pictures were Christmas gifts. Needless to say I did not receive any of the pictures in time for Christmas. I have never been so disappointed in the customer service I received as I was with this whole experience. She did send us a few extra pictures and the digital files of pictures we ordered as an "I'm sorry it took so long" gesture, however, when we tried to develop the digital pictures at Walmart we were told we could not as it was a copyright infringement and we needed permission from the photographer to develop the files. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
