Coins ordered and never received No response Auto response made me think there were delays No phone numbers given Indications I could track it I ordered coins on Jan 23, did not receive it within the days I was told I emailed them, got an auto-response that made it appear there were shipping delays I emailed them again to inquire about the order I again received an auto-response days later that indicated my order had been shipped and I could track it at the link below When I clicked on the link below, it brought me to a page with a new item they were selling a trump $bill There was no way to track my order or even navigate to another page Also, aside from a website adn email for support, there was a space for their phone number but no number When I tried emailing their support email, it bounced as undeliverable I called my credit card company and disputed the charge immediately

I ordered a Donald Trump coin and case on January 18, and have not received up to this date and time I had not received my coin or case so, on February 3, 2017, I sent the company an email in reference to not receiving my Donald Trump collection coin and velvet case My original order was on January 18, On January 29, 2017, the company took $out of my banking account and I have yet to receive my coin or the presentation case On an email that I sent to the company I wrote "I have attached my bank statement where the company received the money for the coin and presentation case." "I have waited patiently for the arrival of my coin and presentation case and now it's time for your company to deliver If not, I expect your company to transfer the $back into my checking account immediately." I received an automated response email promising the coin was on the way When I call the company's phone number (1-407-992-6172), it goes straight to voice mail t
