Review: On October 15, 2014 I had a house fire at [redacted]. The kitchen living room dining room back hallways was badly damage by the smoke.I contacted my insurance company and than I contacted Housing Resources 7830 W. Burleigh Street Milwaukee WI, 53222. I talked, to someone by the name ([redacted]) Who recommend this company KJF Carpentry 9229 N. 75th st 312. I called, and talked to [redacted] he can to my address and gave me a etsimate. [redacted] send a invoice to my insurance company for the repairs cost. He asked,for $5602.50 for washing down the walls and paints.We had I verbal agreement that $5600 was going to be used to repair the kitchen including the replacing the kitchen sink.He can by on I give [redacted] a down payment of $3600 dollars, and addition of $1700 dollars on the Novmeber 17, 2014.On that day He had his working remove my kitchen sink and then hasn't been back to my house to finish the repairs. I called him several time but get no answer.At this time I had no sink in my kitchen the covers on the light switch and plugs doesn't have covers.My grandchildren live with me and i'm afraid that one of my grandchildren is going to get hard or electrocuted.Desired Settlement: I would like for Mr.[redacted] to honor the agreement or give me the back money. He need to finish the work that he start. He need to think about the kids in my house and their well being. One of my grandson is sick.It is unsafe for him.

Review: On 4/23/14 I hired contractor to order and install 3 new windows on my home. He has thought of every excuse to not install to this date 7/8/14. I have made numerous contacts with him. I thought I would pick up windows at the supply company. I found out yesterday that windows have not been paid for to supplier, so I cant pick up. I have given him funds to purchase windows and have receipt showing such.Desired Settlement: Refund given back for money given or pay supplier and deliver the windows to my home without installing them.
