Presented two Shell brand prepaid cards $50 value each to purchase a tank of gas using rewards points. Clerk named [redacted]. who claimed to have worked there for many years did not know how to process except as two separate transactions which resulted in a shortage of my gas discount in the amount of $7.80.Product_Or_Service: gasOrder_Number: INVOICE [redacted] and *Desired SettlementA refund of my shorted gas discount in the amount of $7.80Business Response We can not process two cards on the same transaction. A split payment of cash and card can be used on one transaction. Airport Shell is a privately owned company that is branded by Shell. We do not have all of the capabilities of ones that are Shell owned. I have contacted Shell to see what is needed to be able to process two cards in the same transaction.
