Review: On February 19, 2014, we purchased a new Lennox air/heat unit. We were told that it was at a reduced price because the truck had damaged a unit on the truck and he couldn't sell none of the units for full price. A week after we purchased it, we had to call him back out. He stated that the freon line needed to be cleaned because it had been uncovered for such a long time. He also stated that if it had happened again, he would come back out and put a filter on the line. The next day, the air wasn't working and we tried to reach Mr. H[redacted] to come out to place the filter on it, but was unable to reach him. We repeatedly tried to call, but after about a week, we attempted to call someone else. We were then told that he was a fraud and was running! We assumed it had nothing to do with the business because he had worked on our system prior to the instillation. We contacted a Lennox dealer and they would not honor our warranty. We are very upset and disappointed that we are having to deal with the heat with no help at all.Desired Settlement: We feel that Lennox should honor the warranty and either fix the part or replace the unit. I feel that heating and air units would not be shipped to someone that didn't posses a warranty and I feel that we are just being strung along. We are having to suffer through the extensive heat and we have two children.
