Buyer beware: if u enjoy getting ripped off, get an oil change from KK Auto Inc! 1st warning sign: no written estimate telling me what my charges would be. After services were rendered, he points to some sign in a plastic sheet telling me he has the right to charge me fees not in the written agreement with a company who will be un-named. Said company tells me they have told this individual he can't charge the types of fees he charged me. Told me he's NOT in the business of doing oil changes. Told me he charges $47.95 for a regular oil change. They not even using the 5k mile Mobil Oil! I can drive down the street, get an oil change with tax, misc included for less than $20.00 with no coupon! This is another local business, not even a chain repair shop. I can go to a dealership, and get the 5k mile Mobil Oil change for less than what he charges. He tried charging me $14.51 when I was suppose to be charged for oil disposal & taxes. Ended up paying $10.51, and getting a credit for the full price I paid to use towards something else. Lesson learned: make sure u get a written estimate on car repairs before services are rendered. If he told me up front instead of scamming me, I would've left and went somewhere else. I've been getting oil changes since 2004. I've never been so disgusted by shady business practices. If you don't want to offer discounted oil changes, don't participate in a program offering them!

I USE to think this place was pretty great. They advertise that if you are their Facebook friend you get a FREE oil change. Pretty sweet deal, eh? So, I called to make my appt and I was told although it is free, they need to charge $8 for shop and disposal fees. Totally understandable, went ahead and went to my appt. While I was paying, the man at the counter said they will continue to give me the free oil changes (with disposal fee) each time I came in for as long as I had my car if I would recommend them to family and friends. Great! What a deal! So, 5,000 miles later I give them a call and set up another appt for a oil change. While I was at the counter waiting to hand over my keys, I noticed they changed some of their signs about fees etc. I saw it said per every oil change there is a $6 fee for disposal etc for oil changes. I thought to myself they must have just lowered it $2. No big deal. When they were finished the lady at the counter, Helene, forgot I said I was taking advantage of the Facebook free oil change promotion and proceeded to tell me the charge was $34.97. First of all, their oil changes are $19.95, where is the extra $15 coming from?! I then reminded her that I was getting the free oil change for liking the FB page and my total was then changed to $12, claiming it is a $6 fee for disposal and an additional $6 fee for shop supplies. That is NOT what their sign said that was directly behind her. I did not argue it, just paid and left. But, why was I charged $8 last time?!! I never intended to ever say anything, I was just never going to go their again and "un-refer" my friends\family. Until, I popped my hood when I got home and saw they did NOT add any coolant to my reservoir. They claim they top off ALL FLUIDS, not just washer fluid. Not doing what they promise to do is what really got to me and double charging me is just pure dishonesty. I thought this place was great at first, but integrity and honesty are a huge thing for me and this place does not offer that.
