Review: My niece purchased a bus ticket with gotobus.com for $35. I looked at the poor reviews the bus has and decided to cancel the ticket. I called the "customer service" line, if you can call it that, and the people who [redacted] said "[redacted]'" over and over again.Desired Settlement: I just want my $35 back from the unprofessional [redacted] that took it.
