2 different digi antenna installed- neither provide completely what I am looking for and service is sporadic.
I had made 4 or 5 trips to do what he wants. The customer seemed happy after the install and paid in full. Then after football season he wasn't happy and wanted a full refund and wanted me to put up his old equipment. His equipment was unfunctionable.

Nothing in his response is the truth. Access to my property is no longer an option. I want restitution of the expense to fix by a third party from the business.

I have reviewed the customers concern about having it fixed by a third-party. I believe I have exhausted my options to please him I would settle The complaint by refunding half of the Antenna cost that the customer could keep and he can find a third-party to fix it to his standards.

I will accept if I get 1/2 antena cost @ $170, and all of the installation $125 total $295 Refund.

The 170 for half the antenna is the best I can do to resolve this issue or I will refund him the installation costs and not anything on the antenna.
