Good morning, my name is [redacted] (owner of Auto Aces)I am responding to the complaint filedI was at the service center morning and personally handed the fuel pump installationI was also there when C [redacted] picked the vehicle up after being servicedI explained to [redacted] what happened, showed her the old part and explained how it failedI also offered to reinstall the part if wanted !! I explained : it was simple lack of communication on our end internallyI run the service center when the manager is off on MondaysBy phone he was first given approval for the repair, and then was directed to wait before starting the workWhen the service is approved he transferred the revision with documentation (Mitchel system with authprogram) and highlight the repair on the work orderWhen I came in morning it looked to me that the work had been approved [redacted] said "well it had to be fixed any way" and seems to be fine with the situationI did not expect a complaint to the Revdex.com ! I would have appreciated a chance to resolve the problem if I new there was one !! After all that, to resolve the complaint I would be glad to refund the $requested.Thank You for you time

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. 
In regards to his comment about him wishing he knew about it so he could resolve it prior to me contact Revdex.com. I had lost faith in the business after that, and did not want to chance my luck any further. Had we received a bigger discount at time of payment I probably would have been more satisified leaving or felt like they cared about our business.Regards,

Her vehicle is a 2004 that has over 265,000 miles on it ! Came into the shop 3 qrt low on oil (it only holds 4.5 qrts ) . That is why we changed the oil and informed her that we did. Battery cable was on the front seat when the car was towed into us. We reused the cable and charged for less...

then 1 hour of labor.    Car starts and runs oil is changed and full, parked vehicle out front for customer to pick up.$125.98   We were not informed of or aware of all the electrical issues the vehicle has had.   When she picked it up she said the dash was not working ( car starts and runs fine). The next day we installed an ignition switch, test drove and parked outside for her to pick up.  When she picked up the vehicle the same issues were there.  We brought back into the shop and started looking further into it and yes our parts girl called around for a suspected possible failed part.  At that time [redacted] was frustrated (rightfully so)  and wanted her car back in as is condition.  We did not have the option to cure the issue.   The only part installed that was needed was the ignition switch total invoice $160.60 I would be glad to refund that amount.
