K&K Roadside Service

I was driving and this K and K road side service flat bed truck approached from a side road .It ran the stop sign cutting me off.I continued following it to an intersection with a light. The truck was making a left . It again attempted to beat the on coming car and had to actually stop mid intersection to avoid an accident. At this point I am thinking what kind of it is driving that truck. I continued behind it.This was at the new New Stanton round about .
A trailer truck was approaching the on ramp to get back onto rt. 70/119 north.. The K K truck had a yield but continued to the point he was riding side by side with the trailer truck where it was half berm.What a nut.

Review: We called for roadside assistance for a flat tire. The young man the company sent out was very courteous and timely, however, when he was putting our spare tire back on the car, he over-tightened a nut on the wheel hub, snapping the stud. While he was tightening the nut, he said that he had one like this before, and that the last time, it ended up snapping the stud. That's exactly what happened this time, too. He gave me the business card of the company he worked for and assured me that the repair bill would be taken care of, by the business. I contacted the business owner, who asked for a copy of the repair bill, which I promptly sent to him, via email. He also said he would be sending me a company check. After confirming that he received the repair bill, the owner did not get back to me. I waited a week, and contacted him via email. After another 5 days went by with no contact, I sent him another email. He replied to this one, and asked for the repair bill again, which I sent him a second time. I sent one final email on May 27th, which was not responded to. Finally, I contacted the owner via phone on May 30th. After arguing about his agreement to pay the bill, he finally asked me for a paypal address, to send me a payment on Wednesday, June 3rd. He did not send the payment.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of the repair bill to be paid, as promised. The amount is $130.06.
