Review: On June 4, 2013 we paid a deposit of $532 for K+K Upholstery to reupholstery a sofa. They said it would take 6-8 wks. I called in late July, but got excuses. I waited several weeks more and called again. A voice mail said they had moved to new current address. After calling again and again we finally got a returned call. With only excuses. I made many trips to the new shop but it was always closed. Now the phone # is not accepting calls. We would like our deposit and our sofa returned.Desired Settlement: Deposit returned and sofa returned or market value to replace sofa ($1400)
