Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Phase This is inaccurate that I ever mentioned anything about Revdex.com or threatened, I did attach the TEXT conversation I had with the Rep Cristian to the original complaintWould be more appropriate if the rep would look at the issue and not respond with inaccurate statementsI called on 3/and Christian indicated that the dumpster will be there on 3/ Also there was NO offer or suggestion to cancel the order, which I would have gladly takenI was told that this was already charged and there was NO mention of cancellationThis is a completely inaccurate depictions of the events.Phase Yes I called on 4/4, I was told this would be picked up in the next day or twoI told Christian I was okay so far as this was picked up by the 7thNo where did they mention that this will be done on 4/10, this is again a completely fabricated depiction of the events Please refer to the attached TEXT messages between Christin and me and Walter and me where I pleaded, yes pleaded and NOT threatened to have this picked up Please have the courtesy of relaying accurate statements and not fabricated made up statements.? Phase Yes I was upset about the charge and I made the call to Walter on 4/14, again shown in the text conversation that followed It was here that I mentioned that I would put a negative review for them concerning the poor customer service that I experiencedIt was here that Walter threatened me to have tons of garbage dumped on my lawn if I proceeded with the review On 4/Chrisitan called me in the morning and did two things, first he started with threats of suing me for slander if I posted a review, if I posted my experiencesHe later apologized for his and Walters’ behaviorI had already paid and am not looking for any refunds, I do still want this relayed that the firm has poor customer service, no remorse on their part(opposite of what Christian expressed on 4/17) and continues to slander the customer with these responses.? Prior to any services rendered, the customer voiced continuous threats to C&J Carting that he will write negative reviews if we didn’t comply with his demands. We reached out to the customer and politely asked him to stop the abuse or he will leave us no choice but to seek legal action
against him for defamation. We’ve been in business for over years and this is the first Revdex.com complaint and to this extreme. His claims are simply fallacious and can become detrimental to a small business like ours.Chain of events summarized in phases: Phase 1-- The customer called our office on 3/29/at approximately 12:pm to schedule a next day dumpster delivery. He had questions and was concerned and anxious about overweight fees and how rain (water) can add to the dumpster weightWe explained how the overweight fees are determined as done with every clientWe asked the customer if he would mind texting us the delivery details to avoid any misinterpretations as there appeared to be an issue with articulating what was needed and what was being understood on our end The customer confirmed the details via text at approximately 2:pm Due to the delay reply, the customer was alerted immediately that his delivery was at risk for being pushed to 3/31/because the next day dispatch was full. The customer called our office repeatedly and texted us throughout the day to make every attempt to schedule a 3/30/2017. Our sales rep told the customer that we would do our very best but our schedule was already full At one point, the customer threatened to write bad reviews throughout every social media outlet and the Revdex.com if his delivery did not arrive on time. Due to his dissatisfaction, the customer had a right to cancel his order at this moment; however, he chose to accept the delivery for 3/31/Phase -- On 4/4/at 4pm, The customer called for a piof the dumpster. The customer was advised the piwould occur between Thursday 4/6/and Monday 4/10/17. We provide a window of 48-hours for pick- ups and this our standard policy with every customer. The customer did not agree with our policy and demanded we pick up the dumpster prior to Saturday, April 8th because he was hosting a special event. He warned again that he would write a negative review and post it everywhere if the dumpster was not out of his property by the 8th Not once during the initial booking and numerous correspondences did the customer indicate that he was hosting a special event and that the dumpster needed to off the property prior to April 8th Our office was not opened on April 8, and due to our tight schedule, our limited resources for that week and commitments to other clients, we were not able to meet the customer’s demand. Phase -- On 4/10/17, the dumpster was picked upWithin the initial order, the customer’s allowable tonnage was not to exceed tons of total weight. Upon unloading the contents of the dumpster at a licensed NJ Waste facility, the total dumpster weight was tons This resulted in an overweight of tons for the customer. The customer became even more irate at this point to learn of the overweight charges and blamed the rain and our delay for the extra weight He demanded a refund and insisted our office told him we would not charge him for any overweight fees At times, we do overlook small overages it if is immaterial (i.e., $5, $10, $20), however, tons over your limit is not small These overweight fees are third party expenses we incur from the licensed waste facilities and can be quite expensive. The customer exceeded the weight limit by 39% There were never any hidden costs as charges are clearly noted on his invoice (with written terms) that the customer signed prior to the delivery. These terms and added fees were also discussed over the phone with the customer prior to delivery The customer was very dissatisfied with the entire process; prior to inception of the job and into completion of the job. Our company had tremendous patience with this gentleman as he threatened and used harsh words towards employees of this company. Regretfully we could not make him a satisfied customer due the challenges we faced when trying to come up with a possible resolution
