*** user information was given by request and within hours of the requestThis was given as a courtesy because the client did not understand how to access his site through the administrative panel. cPanel access and FTP access are the highest level of access that can be granted and gave him full admin rights to all of *** along with the ability to reset any and all passwords. He could have learned this through a simple google search

Note the screenshot of this notification. On 4/28/15, payment was processed and released by PayPal.  Access was granted that same day to cPanel and FTP. CPanel and FTP provide root admin access to all website files, [redacted] databases and account settings. The client was given an extra week to complete the process of removing his files through the access that KL Creative gave him. He is now claiming that access was never granted. This contract also details that KL Creative Design is legally allowed to remove website files or discontinue service due to nonpayment. While I regret that the client is unhappy with the service he received, he has made no attempt to express these complaints to KL Creative Design directly, nor resolve this previously. He is instead attempting to malign our reputation with half-truths and outright lies. All original email correspondence, as well as the original signed contract can be provided upon request.
