Alexander Toyota’s goal is to ensure customers are completely satisfied with their purchaseSteps were taken to satisfy Ms*** with her first purchase, including performing all work promised at deliveryThe service department rechecked the suspension components for proper operation and
confirmed all fluid levels were at proper operating levels. The Service Manager replaced all four tires on the vehicle as a good-will gesture to address any additional concerns Ms*** had about ride quality of the vehicleAfter performing these services the Service Manager drove the vehicle with Ms*** and another similar pre-owned vehicle for comparison purposes, to assure her concerns had been addressedAlexander Toyota offers both certified and non-certified pre-owned vehiclesEach certified vehicle has documentation for the vehicle and a copy is provided to the customerAll customers are presented with the terms and conditions of the finance contract at time of deliveryNeither of the two vehicles purchased were contracted at 4.9% and Alexander Toyota encourages Ms*** to call our office to review any paperwork she may have questions aboutAfter learning Ms*** was still unhappy about the vehicle she had purchased, Alexander Toyota offered to trade the vehicle back in for the same amount she had initially paid for itThere was a difference in cost of vehicles, due to the second vehicle being purchased having half the miles of the first vehicleOn 12/28/Alexander Toyota’s Customer Relations Manager contacted Ms*** through social mediaThe Customer Relations Manager talked with her about any other concerns she may have hadThe Customer Relations Manager called Ms*** on the 30th and left a voice mail to address any additional concerns or questions she may have had with her vehicleWe encourage Ms*** to contact Alexander Toyota about any further questions she may have regarding her purchase and related paperwork

As stated before, when I received the first vehicle (the lemon) the fluids levels were barely at minimum with the screwdriver jammed into the motor. I have records of how many times the 1st vehicle was in the shop since I bought it. The reason all 4 tires were replaced was not out of "good-will" of the company, it was due to the fact the shop could not figure out why the vehicle kept vibrating so harshly. After the tires were replaced, and we did the test drive, this is when the sales manager decided to do a "trade" in which case were were not aware this was not going to be a trade, this was going to be another buy, and they were going to add an additional $2xxx.00 to the new vehicle. Further more, the second vehicle which I am now stuck with, was taken to the shop due to the fact it keeps pulling to the right side (and it is still doing it) and because the maintnance required light popped up on my dashboard. when I took the car to the shop, as scheduled by salesman anthony, all they did was detail the vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the used car manager got upset at the fact that I took this 2nd vehicle and that it was not for detailing. They agreed all that had been done to the vehicle was detailing, and they didnt check the car AT ALL. This shop turned off the maintnance required light without checking the vehicle. After that scene, I did not take the vehicle back because they cannot be trusted.I then took it to social media to show future buyers to beware of this dealer. I then called the person that responded. We spoke and she stated she would see what she "could do to better the situation" and that she would call me back. She called back and I missed her call due to being at work, however, I called her back in 2 hours left a voicemail and never heard from her again. There has been no resolution to this problem. Even during this event I haven't heard from this horrible dealer.

Alexander Toyota's goal is to have all customers completely satisfied with their vehicle purchase. The customer had an appointment 7/7/2017 to have vehicle diagnosed to duplicate concern with the vehicle. This diagnosis needs to be done first to determine cause of the concern. Once this diagnosis...

has been performed, Alexander Toyota can communicate to Toyota or proceed with available remedies. Customer did not show up for appointment on 7/7/2017. It is our recommendation that the customer contact our Service Manager, Ricky M[redacted] to schedule a convenient time to have diagnosis performed on vehicle. Alexander Toyota will continue to work with Mr. [redacted] to help resolve any concerns he has with his vehicle.

Alexander Toyota has contacted Ms. [redacted] to set up a meeting to address any mechanical concerns she may have with her current vehicle and to discuss options with her vehicle. Ms. [redacted] stated she would be in contact with Alexander Toyota to arrange a meeting at a convenient time. When purchasing a vehicle, any questions regarding the purchase of the vehicle needs to be addressed at that time of purchase. There are multiple documents that must be signed by the purchaser at time of delivery indicating that the purchaser is trading in a vehicle.  Once the contract has been completed, ownership is transferred to the purchaser and the bank, making it necessary for the dealership to take the vehicle back as a trade-in. Alexander Toyota looks forward to meeting with Ms. [redacted] to resolve any concerns she may have with her current vehicle.
